Sidama X Shave Soap

For Sidama X we elevated the boozy character of the original, while dialing back the coffee elements significantly. The rich, decadent and semi-sweet dark chocolate is the hallmark of this fragrance. I couldn’t help but add in a healthy dose of chili pepper spice to the chocolate. Rather than adding vanilla to this fragrance we utilized the more resinous, woody benzoin to correspond with the original. The final composition is decadent, spicy, woody and a bit boozy. It’s definitely sweeter than the original but tempered by the spicy, woody and resinous elements. Take a sip (not literally) or sniff and experience for yourself.

Lux base improvements. 1) Fragrance Enhancement - We wanted to develop a base formulation that allowed our sophisticated and complex fragrance profiles to shine. 2) Ease of use - We wanted to create a base formulation that was both quicker and easier to develop a really exceptional lather. 3) Product Efficiency - We wanted to improve the efficiency of the base so that it would require less product to produce an exceptional result. 4) Improved Slickness - We wanted to improve overall slickness of the lather and residual slickness in particular. 5) Performance Consistency - Finally, we wanted to develop a base that displayed more consistency in performance in varying climates and over extended time periods.
