5% Bonus Point Program

Members can earn Bonus Points on every purchase at vlab.com.hk

The points will be accounted for according to the actual amount paid (excluded shipping fee).

• Member can earn Bonus Points upon every successful purchase. The amount is equivalent to 5% of the total order value (excluded shipping fee).

• Bonus Point is only applicable for deduction of payment amount at vlab.com.hk；There is no limit on spending Bonus point on every order.

• The validity of the points earned each time is 90 days.

• Member can login to account and check the point status.

Terms & Conditions:

1. vlab.com.hk (hereafter referred to as "V LAB") Eligible Bonus Points (hereafter referred to as "Points") are credited into the member's account immediately after the transaction is completed.
2. All the points are only applicable for deduction of payment amount for shopping. 
3. No limit on bonus point can be used to deduct of the order value.
4. All the points cannot be redeemed for cash or transfer.
5. The points earned each time are valid for 90 days.
6. The validity period of the points is based on the display of each member’s account.
7. Points expired will be cancelled automatically after expiration date without prior notice.
8. After the member account is cancelled (Whether voluntarily or involuntarily), the points accumulated in the account shall be voided.
9. V Lab reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
