1. Unless otherwise specified, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

According to the return or exchange policy, if the item you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (not your fault), or the item is not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, it can be returned within seven (7) days of the date of receipt. ) within 10 days for return or exchange, provided that:

4. Replacement application process:
4.1 Replacement items must be in new condition and fully packaged. (Please maintain the integrity of the product, packaging, manufacturer's carton and all accompanying documents or information during the replacement period)
4.2 Please notify customer service by Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp before replacement.
4.3 If there is a quality problem with the product, please take a photo immediately and send it to our email. After confirmation, the customer service will arrange for you to return the product for inspection.
4.4 After receiving your product, we will test the defective product .
4.5 After the inspection, if it is not man-made damage but the quality of the product itself, the company will promptly replace it according to your requirements .
4.6 If the test result is no fault or a fault caused by human factors, our company will notify you in time and consult your opinions.
4.7 After successfully passing our review, you will receive a telephone reply to notify the replacement of the goods.
5. Notes for replacement of goods:
5.1 Please cooperate with the application within 7 days of arrival. Overdue processing will not be accepted.
5.2 If the outer packaging of the product is incomplete, the returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged, V Lab reserves the right not to accept the replacement goods.
5.3 The customer shall bear all the freight expenses arising from the application for replacement of the goods.
5.4 In case of any disputes, V Lab reserves the right of final decision.
