a. Pick up at SF Station

- When the customer picks up the package, it is necessary to check the recipient's information before picking up the package.

 

b. Self-pickup from SF Smart Lockers 

- After the order reaches the designated EF Locker, SF Express will send you the pickup code via SMS. Please go to the smart locker and enter the password to pick up the goods within the specified time after receiving the SMS . Overtime pickup will incur additional charges  and customers need to bear it by themselves! 

 

Pickup steps:

1. Select "Pickup" on the main screen.

2. Enter the 6-digit pickup code and press "Pickup".

3. The smart cabinet door will automatically open and you can pick up the package.

4. After closing the cabinet door, the main screen will display "Pickup Successful".

 

c. Delivery to the specified address

- SF Express home delivery service is currently limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, excluding designated areas.
